On Friday 1st November 24, volunteer, Pat Bryer put on an evening of entertainment to raise funds for RSM.
Since the RSM office is managed by several women of a certain age, Pat thought it would be entertaining to use sketches, poetry and stories on the topic.
The evening was an amusing mix of poetry and song from Pam Ayres, Victoria Wood, Roald Dahl and others reflecting on the highs and frustrations of being “A Woman Of A Certain Age”!
It was a lovely night of laughter. After the performance there was no rush for the audience to go, with many staying on for another drink and a chat.
The evening raised over £800 which will be put towards the RSM garden.
