Our Holiday At Home program has come to an end sadly.We had wonderful summer trips out this year.
We started slowly by visiting the Hilliers Garden Centre for shopping and lunch. Everyone came home having bought a plant, a card or a blouse!
We then had glorious sunshine for our trip down to Peasmarsh, where we were cooked a splendid meal and played croquet!
We took a coach to Denbies Vineyard in Dorking and enjoyed a landtrain tour giving stunning views of the South Downs across the vines.
We then enjoyed fish & chips and ice creams at Eastbourne – always a favourite.
And finally we visited Tudeley Church for a guided talk about the extraordinary stain glass windows, followed, as always, by a splendid pub lunch.
We thank our amazing volunteers and our drivers for getting us out and about in the sunshine.
